I really don't know what to do about this anymore. When i try to set the compatibility mode to xp service pack 3, the screen spazzes out but the game does not run. When i tried booting it for a fourth time it showed up with the error "Please login with administrator privileges and try again" Sure enough i ran as admin and nothing happened. I played it 3 times just fine with no error. The game installed like any other game bought on disk. I have purchased this game at a Goodwill for $2 scratch-less with code and all and i am having this issue too. Intel Core 2nd Gen i3-2350M 2.3GHz Processor (intel HD Graphics 3000) I don't like that attitude steam or is it Microsoft? You two seem similar to me.

In other words, Steam doesn't give ♥♥♥♥ what issue you're having, just ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ deal with it.
